Shipping policy

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.49.
For a minimum order value of €45: free shipping.

Domestic deliveries (Austria):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.89.
For a minimum order value of €45: free shipping.

Domestic deliveries (Netherlands):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €3.75.
When buying 2 products: free shipping.

Shipping terms
We deliver within Germany, within Austria and to selected countries of the EU (European Union).

International deliveries:
The minimum order value offer does not apply to international deliveries. 
We charge the following shipping costs for international deliveries:

EU (European Union excl. Spain): €7.89 flat rate for an order value up to €54.99. From an order value of €55 we charge €9.79 for the larger shipment.

ES (Spain): €12.99 flat rate, and we only ship from a minimum order value of €90 incl. VAT.

CH (Switzerland): only in the Swiss store at: www.sandhya-natural.ch
NL (Netherlands): only in the Dutch store at: www.sandhya-natural.nl

Delivery times:
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany & Austria) within 2-4 working days, and for international deliveries within 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment.
