When and how is vedi up used?
vedi up is ideally taken before or during physically or mentally demanding phases – e.g., during stress, after a heavy meal, or on long days. One capsule in the evening is usually sufficient. If needed, you can supplement with a second capsule during the day.
What makes vedi up so exceptional?
Our capsules contain a unique Ayurvedic formula, developed by experts. They combine precious plant extracts with a high proportion of natural bitter compounds, vitamins, and minerals. vedi ex is designed as a 1-week course and can be taken once a month if needed. Take one capsule every morning and evening before meals. We recommend largely avoiding sugar and alcohol during this week.
What makes vedi ex so exceptional?

How quickly do the effects appear?
The effects always depend on your individual body. Our capsules consist of a formula of pure natural substances of the highest quality, highly dosed and with active ingredient concentration. We recommend continuous intake throughout the entire week. Bitter compounds exert their effect in the body relatively quickly with digestion.

Recommended intake vedi ex: As needed, take two capsules (maximum dose) daily for seven days with the first and last meal, with a glass of water. We recommend completely avoiding sugar and alcohol during the week of intake.
Storage instructions: Store sealed, cool (at +4° to +25° C) and dry.
