Frequently asked questions about vedi up:
When and how is vedi up used?
vedi up is ideally taken before or during physically or mentally demanding phases – e.g., during stress, after a heavy meal, or on long days. One capsule in the evening is usually sufficient. If needed, you can supplement with a second capsule during the day.
What makes vedi up so exceptional?
Our capsules contain a unique Ayurvedic formula, developed by experts. They combine valuable plant extracts with a high proportion of natural bitter compounds, vitamins, and minerals. In Ayurvedic teaching, these ingredients are traditionally used to strengthen liver function and for inner balance.
Aren't there enough bitter compounds in our diet?
Unfortunately, no. In modern diets, bitter compounds have gradually been eliminated – because they were perceived as "too bitter." Yet, they are valuable for digestion, metabolism, and balance.
